My summer is going well. I've had some anxiety however I know where its coming from and I've turned it over to Jesus Christ. When the intrusive thoughts come I replace them with truth and snd Bible verses. God is good and helps us when we call out to Him. ❤

I moved half cross the country when I was 60. I have not done much to my house because I work sometimes long hours. Watching this video gave me more ideas I can do. My problem was I wasn't sure what to do in my house and yard. I have felt recently that some stuff is not working and that will give more room for stuff that will be enjoyed. You don't have a wrinkle on your face & chest! I use your routine, but I was a sun worshipper most of my life, so I do have some wrinkles. Your hair makes the most difference. I love the softer colour of your hair.... it really suits you. ❣ I'm 69 and will be 70 next June, I've recently lost 20 kgs (around 40 pound) through intermittent fasting. I walk most days with my three dogs. I was a natural red head and my skin tone is very light so my hair going much lighter is okay but I recently had it cut into a shorter more modern style. I've had a lot of positive comments from family and people I regularly see when I'm out with my dogs. Now I've lost all this weight I need some new pants as they keep falling down. 🤣 Susan, you look fabulous. 💖

Such a great video this week! So true, as we age we change.. also being 69 years old I have pondered a makeover. Hair makeup and clothes. I don’t want to look frumpy but I also can’t wear the clothes I wore at age thirty either. The high heels have long since been donated… the crop tops are gone and yes shape wear has become my friend.. when you look good outside you feel good inside.. btw.. You always make your homes wherever you live so lovely.

The first thing in regards to food is not to look at what you are eating (or Not eating) as a "Diet" per se; look at it as a permanent healthy food choice change. Cut out all sugars, everything white, flour, breasds, starchy potatoes, sugars, etc. Cut out carbs & high starch vegetables. Count carbs, not calories; no more than 100 grams of carbs daily. Have an 8 hour time window when to eat. Don't eat the other 16 hours; this is intermittent fasting. You decide when that 8 hour period will be. Grazing is for cows, not people. Dr. Jason FUng has an excellent book on intermittent fasting. It works! As far as your hair color goes, I think your dark roots need to be addressed. And please don't use the Lord's name in vain; it hurts his heart. The Lord's name is sacred to some of us. 🙏
